Music without Borders
Dhol Tasha is a traditional Indian musical ensemble commonly associated with Maharashtra. It involves the use of two main types of percussion instruments: Dhol and Tasha
​Our Journey Started in 2016 when Anup Penurkar one of the first members brought his background in Dhol Tasha and decided to form the first group of Dhol Tasha players in Canada along with his friends.
In 2021 Group was renamed Shivraya Pratisthan Name taken from King Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj.
We perform all the cultural events in Ontario.​​​
